The investigation at Chapel House Wood was an early major excavation by UWHG.  The multi-period site was known already but not fully recorded.  From 2005 teams worked on the site and this record provides the blogs for the years 2010 to 2013 and an article in the Dalesman magazine, reproduced by kind permission.
